Semaglutide/Tirzepatide Options Now Available

Semaglutide Sarasota

I have helped over 4,500 patients complete our NATURAL weight loss program. Our data with both our NATURAL system and GLP-1 substances show 2 to 3 times as much healthy weight loss in 2 months as either Semaglutide (Ozempic / Wegovy) or Tirzepatide (Monjaro / Zepbound). We actually just passed the 78,000 pound mark! That’s 39,000 tons which is equal to 43 VW beetles, 7 African elephants or 1,248,000 doughnuts! The target is now 100,000 pounds.

NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS
(our standard program)

LOSE about 10% of your starting weight in 6 weeks followed by ½ to 1 pound loss per week until goal is met

CURRENT COST:  1 time payment: $1095

BENEFIT: Healthy, customized Mediterranean food plan to maximize health, maintain weight loss or continue with more gradual loss if necessary.

SIDE EFFECTS: None

SEMAGLUTIDE/TIRZEPATIDE

LOSE 0-3 pounds per week (3 pounds in a week is the most I’ve seen, average is ½ to 1 ½ pounds with often 1-3 week periods with no weight loss)

COST $350-$750 per month until goal met (cost depends on formula and dosage)

BENEFIT: Without nutritional guidance, there is no long-term benefit. The rebound is often extreme when coming off the drugs. If you chose this route with me, I would create your entry and exit ramp food plan using metabolic testing. You could also do a series of our microcurrent ear treatments which are proven to overcome addictive and emotional eating. I have found the GLP-1 injections effective for people that have already lost a significant amount of weight on our natural program but need to lose more. At this point they have adopted sound nutritional principals.

SIDE EFFECTS: Potential gastrointestinal distress, sometimes extreme and sarcopenia (muscle wasting) especially in older patients.

Resetting your set point

Our bodies are hard-wired to gain weight, not lose it. No matter how you lose weight, it’s very important to NOT regain more than 2 pounds for at least 1 year. If you do, it’s more difficult to re-lose it. Never let the new fat mingle with the old fat!

Your body/brain remembers the most you’ve ever weighed, and it will take you right back there usually adding a few pounds, if you don’t over-ride the program. I’ve seen it so many times. It’s primitive survival, it’s math and it’s non-negotiable. It is a matter of stress reduction, learning the basics of balanced nutrition, developing new habits, and adjusting portion sizes. The bottom line is, no matter how you lose weight, if you eat 100 calories more than you burn, you will gain 1 pound every 35 days, or 10 ½ pounds per year.
