GLP-1 Injections or Our Proven, Natural Method. The Choice is Yours!
Whichever system you choose, we start by performing a test called Bioimpedance Analysis. This tells us how much of your weight is lean, how much is healthy fat, how much is excess fat, your hydration level and base metabolic rate. The base metabolic rate is the number of calories your body needs to maintain itself at your current weight, without exercise. Everything is based on these measurements, and everyone is different. To lose weight, you must consume 3,500 calories LESS than you burn to eliminate 1 pound. It’s math and it’s non-negotiable. The more you weigh, the more you burn. The more muscular you are, the more you burn. The more you exercise, the more you burn. We’ve done all of these calculations for you. You just need to choose the method that fits best with your lifestyle.
The Bioimpedence Analysis test is performed whether you are using GLP-1 drugs or our award-winning, natural method and products.
If you choose the GLP-1 route, we create a customized, healthy Mediterranean diet food plan based on YOUR metabolism, with and without exercise. This ensures your weight loss success without sarcopenia (muscle wasting) You will also receive a 40 day supply of Muscle Matrix ™; an amino acid compound designed to maintain and possibly build muscle. The GLP-1 injections work by reducing your hunger and slowing your digestive process, but you still must consume 3,500 calories LESS than you burn to lose 1 pound. From my experience, using weekly GLP-1 injections, patients lose 5-20% of their starting weight in a year. You must have 1 weekly injection. The monthly price varies with dosage. Everyone starts with a low dose and gradually increases if necessary. According to the manufacturers of these drugs, to maintain your weight loss, you need to stay on them.
We have, however, developed a system to help come off GLP-1 Drugs with minimal weight gain by applying some of our proven, natural methods.
Our Natural Weight Loss Program Goes Much Deeper.
Our natural weight loss program goes much deeper. There are 4 different types of overweight people.
- HUNGRY BRAIN requires more calories to feel full
- HUNGRY GUT feels hungry shortly after eating
- EMOTIONAL HUNGER eats as a way to cope with emotions
- SLOW BURN has a decreased metabolic rate.
These various reasons are all addressed with our signature, natural weight loss system. Our program is designed to lose weight, but more importantly to keep it off, which is always the challenge.
The cost of the program is all-inclusive and includes all testing, treatments, and products.
From my experience treating over 5,000 patients with this system, patients safely lose 10-15% of their starting weight in about 6 weeks. If more weight loss is needed, we slow it down to ½ -2 pounds per week. We had 1 patient repeat this 6 week process once every 6 months for 2 years and he lost 200 pounds! The success rate of the program is astounding.

Phase 1… 2 Days
Let your body settle into the effects of the Detox formula. Eat whatever you want.
Phase 2… 24 Days
You will eat a very specific, prescribed diet of nutrient dense foods including lean proteins, unlimited veggies, fruits, and grains. No need to count calories, it’s been done for you. You will be consuming maximum nutrients with minimum calories. Our proprietary, European DetoxTM formula, Muscle MatrixTM and Lipolean Injections help everyone lose weight. We use Electro-Acupuncture (no needles) to eliminate hunger and cravings specific to YOUR brain and body. Most calories are consumed out of emotion, habit, addiction and boredom, not necessity. Our method addresses 3 of these reasons. Boredom is up to you, but our patients report more energy, better mood, and improved self-esteem. You will lose weight quickly, safely, and effortlessly.
Phase 3… 2 Weeks
We begin to add foods back into your diet, but there is still a specific list to choose from. Again, you don’t need to count calories, it has been for you. For women, average weight loss during Phase 2 and 3 is about 10% of their starting weight, for men about 12%. The more extra fat you have, the more you will lose.
Phase 4… EVER
The body composition test is repeated. This second test clearly shows that your weight loss was actually more than what would have been achieved by calorie restriction alone. You will see that your lean to fat ratio as well as your hydration have improved. All of these things make you not only healthier, but metabolically younger! You will be given a Mediterranean Diet food plan to follow which will ensure that you get all of the nutrients your body requires while helping you maintain your current lower weight or to continue losing ½-1 pounds per week, WITHOUT continuing the supplements or injections.
