OUR PROGRAM AT A GLANCE
Phase 1 (2 days)
BODY COMPOSITION TESTING & FEASTING!
You will receive a highly accurate assessment of your lean body mass/fat mass ratio. This test also reveals your base metabolic rate, which is the number of calories you burn every 24 hours, without exercise. We track your progress through the program. We are able to do the math and PROVE that you will lose 2 to 3 times as much weight as you would by calorie restriction alone!
Phase 1 Foods
PHASE 1 FOODS For the first 2 days, we want you to FEAST! Make sure there are plenty of healthy fats in your diet: salmon, avocado, nuts, olive oil, etc. But, if you would like to go out for pizza or ice cream, it’s perfectly fine! Have a farewell party for the foods that caused your weight gain. You must be taking your Muscle Matrix and Detox formulas during the 2 feasting days.
Phase 2 (24 days)
During this 24 days you can realistically expect to lose about 10% of your total weight. The detox is designed to help you kick-start weight loss and overcome food addictions and emotional eating. You are provided with a specific list of vegetables, proteins and fruits along with a cookbook of simple, delicious recipes designed for weight loss. The food list was originally compiled by an endocrinologist. You will be given 2 safe, natural, oral formulas that will help eliminate hunger, maintain muscle and restore youthful vigor. You also receive a weekly injection of LIPOLEAN (B-Complex formula) You come for weekly weigh-in and treatments of electro-acupuncture (no needles) to help overcome food addictions, emotional and stress eating. Overcoming these addictions will help to ensure LASTING weight loss. The treatments we use are currently taught at Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. Lasting weight loss happens in your head, not your stomach!
Phase 2 Foods
PHASE 2 FOODS Based on your metabolism, we will tell you exact portion sizes. The foods that you can choose from include: PROTEIN: Chicken, turkey, lean beef, bison, fish, shellfish, eggs, cottage cheese, tofu, tempeh VEGETABLES: Spinach, chard, kale, lettuce (all kinds) tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, spaghetti squash, yellow squash FRUITS: Apple, strawberries, oranges, kiwi, grapefruit GRAIN: 60 calories of crackers
Phase 3 (21 days)
Reboot and Reset
Reboot your metabolism without supplements, and reset your set point. A specific list of foods, portions and recipes are also included in your cookbook for this period. You will not need to count calories; we’ve done it for you. Just eat the portion size you are given based on your metabolism. You will not need to come for weekly treatments during these 3 weeks, although they are available if you feel that you still need the support. .

The foods that you can choose from include: PROTEIN: Chicken, turkey, lean beef, bison, lamb, pork tenderloin, fish, shellfish, eggs, cottage cheese, Ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, tofu, tempeh, veggie burger DAIRY: Milk, sour cream, feta cheese, yogurt NUTS: almonds, coconut, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, and walnuts SEEDS: flax, chia, sunflower, pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame VEGETABLES: All vegetables EXCEPT root vegetables FRUITS: All fruits EXCEPT bananas OILS: Coconut oil, coconut milk, flaxseed oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, organic butter, olives GRAIN: 60 calories of crackers
CUSTOM MEDITERRANEAN DIET FOOD PLAN
A second body composition / metabolic test is performed and compared to your original test. You will see that you have lost fat, gained lean body mass and re-hydrated. This test will reveal your base metabolic rate (the exact number of calories YOUR body burns every 24 hours. A Mediterranean Diet and exercise plan will be written for YOUR body, to either help you maintain your current weight, or continue to loose gradually, 1-2 pounds per week. Patients that have large amounts of weight to lose can repeat the first 3 steps again in 2-3 months. I have patients that have lost 40, 60 even 100 pounds in 2-3 sessions!
Phase 4 Foods
PHASE 4 FOODS Based on your metabolism, we will tell you exact portion sizes. The foods that you can choose from include: PROTEIN: Chicken, turkey, lean beef, bison, lamb, pork tenderloin, fish, shellfish, eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar, Swiss, Colby, Monterrey Jack, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, tofu, tempeh, veggie burger, legumes DAIRY: Milk, sour cream, feta cheese, yogurt NUTS: Almonds, coconut, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, walnuts SEEDS: flax, chia, sunflower, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame VEGETABLES: All vegetables FRUITS: All fruits OILS: Coconut oil, coconut milk, flaxseed oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, organic butter, olives GRAINS: To be determined by final metabolic rate

Losing weight is so difficult, and the system I’ve developed makes losing easier than you can imagine and the challenge of keeping it off is both logical and manageable. My husband Bob and I arrived in Sarasota on Thanksgiving Day, 1981 aboard our 1935 37 ft. wooden Chris Craft cruiser. We made the trip all the way down the Mississippi from Minneapolis, Minnesota. We were newlyweds and literally ran out of money and fuel as we pulled into Marina Jack in downtown Sarasota. We’ve been here ever since. Well, I finished my first month “on my own”. My goal was to just maintain the 50# weight loss for the month. I finished the month with another 2# weight loss!! The visit with my Primary Care Physician on March 1st went great. She was so impressed with the weight loss and my lab results. When I saw her in 2015 I had ALL the symptoms to be diagnosed with Metabolic Syndrome – you only need to have 3 to be diagnosed (See below for definition). I was on my way to big trouble.
